Cameron Dunker to MotoGo Yamaha in 2025
One of the nation’s brightest young circuit racing talents, Cameron Dunker, will switch to the MotoGo Yamaha team for the 2025 mi-bike Australian Superbike Championship presented by Motul (ASBK).
Dunker will join the already announced Jonathan Nahlous as a Superbike pilot at the Patrick Li-owned MotoGo in 2025, while Wil Nassif will ride in the Supersport class as the team adopts a youth policy.
After winning three ASBK titles in 2022 and 2023 – Supersport 300 and the R3 Cup, followed by Supersport the following year – Dunker has been a revelation as a Superbike rookie in 2024 at Penrite Racing Yamaha alongside good mate Max Stauffer.
And he’s still continued to dabble in dirt track, finishing third overall in the 2024 Aussie Flat Track Nationals behind Tom Herrick and Jarred Brook.
At One Raceway’s penultimate ASBK round Dunker finished on the podium for the first time, and was seventh overall at season’s end.
“I’m really excited to be joining the MotoGo Yamaha team for next year’s Australian Superbike Championship,” Dunker said. “I can’t thank Patrick enough for this opportunity, and I can’t wait to get my second year in the Superbike class underway.”

“I’m very excited to have Cameron Dunker on board with our MotoGo Yamaha Racing Team for the 2025 ASBK season,” said Li. “I’ve always been motivated to offer opportunities for young riders to show their potential in the premier class of ASBK.
“Cam has shown this year that he has the maturity and ability to succeed on a Superbike. He caught my eye with his outstanding race craft. We’re proud to be a part of his career progression on his way to no doubt even bigger and better things in the years ahead.”
Dunker’s first ASBK Championship round on the MotoGo Yamaha will be at Phillip Island from February 23-23 alongside the 2025 Superbike World Championship opener. Purchase tickets here.
