ASBK announces new partnership with EMG

THE Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) is today pleased to announce its new media partnership with Eskimo Media Group (EMG).

The new partnership, which will see EMG take on and oversee the media and communications operations for the 2015 Australian Superbike Championship, will be in place for the next 12 months.

The announcement of the new partnership comes at an exciting time for the ASBK, as it seeks to reaffirm itself as Australia’s leading motorcycle racing series.

Motorcycling Australia National Technical Officer Peter Doyle said that today’s announcement was a significant one leading into one of the most important Australian Superbike Championship seasons to date.

“The ASBK is building in 2015, and we are laying sound foundations for the ongoing success of this championship in future years,” Doyle said.

“Part of that success includes using a specialist media company, which is established within the industry, to help promote what is one of the oldest, most prestigious championships in motorcycling in this country.

“Having Eskimo Media Group on board will help us to achieve this, and we are looking forward to working together with them as the ASBK returns front and centre to the minds of all road racers in Australia and across the world.”

The opening round of the 2015 Australian Superbike Championship will take place at Phillip Island on February 20-22.
